Originally from Puerto Rico, Karla came to the U.S. with her parents as a child and has lived in Florida for over 20 years. She has a passion for helping and understanding others and considers herself a big "people person". Outside of work, her hobbies include dancing, reading and spending time with her husband and children, especially in nature.
